Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup is a combination medicine used to treat cough, thinning mucus in the nose, windpipe, and lungs, and providing relief from runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes. Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Terbutaline and Bromhexine.Terbutaline is a bronchodilator which relaxes muscles in your airways and widens the airways.Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) making it easier to cough out.Together they make breathing easier

Store this medicine in the container or pack it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Make sure it is not consumed by pets, children, and other people.
Is taking more than the recommended dose of Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup advisable?
No, taking a higher than the recommended dose may not be more effective. Instead, it may increase the chances of experiencing side effects and toxicity. - Stop taking Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup and inform your doctor if your cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by a fever, rash, or persistent headache
Alcohol
