Remember you should not stop taking this medicine suddenly without talking to your doctor. In case you vomit within one hour of taking a dose then take another dose and avoid heavy meals throughout the day.

How it works

Granisol 1mg Tablet is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or after surgery.

Direction of use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew crush or break it. Granisol 1mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

• You have been prescribed Granisol 1mg Tablet for prevention of nausea and vomiting caused after surgery or due to chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
• It is fast-acting and starts working within 30 minutes.
• If you vomit within one hour of taking a dose take another dose.
• Avoid heavy meals and try eating small nourishing snacks throughout the day. Also sip water regularly to help avoid dehydration.
