Glinter-PD Syrup is a combination medicine used to treat cough, thinning mucus in the nose, windpipe, and lungs, and providing relief from runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes. Glinter-PD Syrup is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Glinter-PD Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Terbutaline and Bromhexine.Terbutaline is a bronchodilator which relaxes muscles in your airways and widens the airways.Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) making it easier to cough out.Together they make breathing easier
What are the storage and disposal instructions for Glinter-PD Syrup?
Store this medicine in its original container or packaging, tightly closed. Adhere to the storage recommendations printed on the product label or package. Do not dispose of unused medication. Ensure it is out of reach of pets, children, and others.
Should I take more than the recommended dose of Glinter-PD Syrup for better results?
Taking a dosage higher than the recommended amount may not enhance efficacy, but may increase the likelihood of adverse effects. In case your symptoms worsen despite following the prescribed dose, consult your doctor to assess the situation.
