Gelusil Mps Xtracool Blue Syrup is a widely trusted antacid in India that contains a balanced mix of Aluminium hydroxide, Dimethicone, and Magnesium hydroxide. It is a sugar-free syrup that is generally well tolerated and provides quick relief from acidity, heartburn, and gas.

For immediate effect, consume 1-2 teaspoonful of Gelusil liquid after meals. The liquid bottles also come with a 10 ml measuring cap for precise dosage.
