Gelusil Mps Chewable Tablet is an antacid that relieves symptoms of hyperacidity, including heartburn, epigastric discomfort, and flatulence. Gelusil Mps Chewable Tablet is an antacid that helps relieve symptoms of hyperacidity, including heartburn, epigastric discomfort, and flatulence. The tablet is formulated with activated dimethicone, magnesium hydroxide, dried aluminium hydroxide, and magnesium aluminium silicate hydrate. It acts by neutralising the acid in the stomach and inhibiting pepsin, a proteolytic enzyme.
