It is a combination of Montelukast and Fexofenadine. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist that works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger called leukotriene, reducing inflammation in the airways and nose and improving symptoms. Fexofenadine is an antiallergic that blocks the action of another chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
