Hot and cold packs can be used alternatively; cold pack reduces swelling and hot pack helps relieve chronic knee pain. Helps increase and reduce blood flow as required. Flamingo Hot and Cold Pack (HC 1014) is a 2 in 1 pack that can be used for both hot and cold therapy for relief from various kinds of pain.
Hot pack increases the blood flow, reduces muscle spasm and gives relief from chronic knee, elbow and shoulder pain. Cold pack helps in relieving pain caused by sports injuries, swelling and sore muscles, itches and sprains.
To use Hot Pack: Place the pack in warm water or Microwave for 30 sec in medium heat. To use Cold Pack: Place the pack in the freezer for 60-90 mins.
