Finabate 145mg Tablet is a medicine used to treat high cholesterol. It helps by lowering triglycerides and 'bad' cholesterol (LDL), while at the same time raising the levels of 'good' cholesterol (HDL). Finabate 145mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. You can take it at any time of day with food but try to take it at the same time each day. Most people with high cholesterol do not feel ill but if you stop taking this medicine your condition could get worse. This may lead to your cholesterol levels rising up again and increase your risk of heart disease and stroke.
Finabate 145mg Tablet is a lipid lowering medication. It works by lowering the levels of triglycerides and 'bad' cholesterol (LDL) while raising the levels of 'good' cholesterol (HDL).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Finabate 145mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

- Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication.
- Do not discontinue Finabate 145mg Tablet without consulting your doctor even if you feel better.
- Inform your doctor if you experience muscle pain, tenderness, cramps or weakness while taking Finabate 145mg Tablet.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Finabate 145mg Tablet.
Breastfeed
Finabate 145mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Pregnancy
Finabate 145mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby.
