How does Fibristal Tablet work for fibroids?
Fibristal Tablet works by blocking progesterone receptors, which reduces progesterone levels and helps decrease fibroid size. Fibroids are non-cancerous growths around the uterus. When taken at a prescribed dose, Fibristal Tablet inhibits ovulation, leading to cessation of menstruation. This may benefit women with heavy bleeding due to fibroids.
Does Fibristal Tablet stop periods?
No, taking a single dose of Fibristal Tablet does not stop periods, but it may delay or advance them. In some cases, you may experience bleeding between periods. Consult your doctor if this occurs.
