How it works

Erocol Plus Ear Drop is a combination of three medicines: Chloramphenicol, Clotrimazole, and Beclometasone. Chloramphenicol is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth while Clotrimazole is an antifungal which prevents the growth of fungi in the ear. Together, they treat your infection effectively. Beclometasone is a steroid. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make your ear red, swollen, and itchy.

Direction of use

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside ear.

Tips

• Do not touch the tip to any surface or to your ear to avoid contamination.
• Talk to your doctor if your symptoms haven't started to improve within two days of starting treatment.
• Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the drop in these areas.
• Stop using Erocol Plus Ear Drop and inform your doctor if you notice ear irritation, burning sensation, or allergic reaction.
• Throw away any medicine left at the end of the course.
