Eritel CH 40 Tablet is a combination of two medicines:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Eritel CH 40 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- You have been prescribed Eritel CH 40 Tablet for the treatment of high blood pressure.
- It can be taken with or without food.
- Eritel CH 40 Tablet may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, very dry mouth or muscle weakness.
- It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
- Use of Eritel CH 40 Tablet during pregnancy or breastfeeding is unsafe.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Eritel CH 40 Tablet.
Breastfeed
Eritel CH 40 Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
Pregnancy
Eritel CH 40 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
