Endobloc T Combipack is a combination medicine used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It works by relaxing the blood vessels inside the lungs. Endobloc T Combipack can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. Do not stop taking it until you have finished the complete course even when you feel better. The most common side effects of this medicine include peripheral edema, headache, nasal congestion, cough, anemia, indigestion, and bronchitis. These are usually mild but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days. It may cause anemia (low number of red blood cells) hence you may be asked for a blood test to check for anemia. You must consult your doctor if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse while taking this medicine.

Endobloc T Combipack is a combination of two medicines: Ambrisentan and Tadalafil which treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs).

Direction of use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Endobloc T Combipack may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Tips

• Take it at same time every day to maintain the consistent level of drug in the body.
• Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
• Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Endobloc T Combipack affects you.
• Females with reproductive potential should use a reliable form of birth control while using and 1 month after stopping medicine as it is toxic to an unborn baby.
• Notify your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
