It is widely used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure and may be prescribed after a heart attack. It also lowers the chances of having a heart attack or stroke. Enam 10 Tablet can be prescribed either alone or in combination with other medicines. It should be taken on an empty stomach. This medicine should be taken at the same time each day to get the most benefit. It is important to continue taking it regularly even if you feel well or even if your blood pressure is controlled. Most people with high blood pressure do not feel ill, but if you stop taking this medicine, your condition could get worse. This is a widely used medicine and is considered safe for long-term use. I am taking ibuprofen for arthritis; is it safe to take Enam 10 Tablet along with it?
You should avoid taking ibuprofen and Enam 10 Tablet together since there is a risk of kidney damage. Also, this combined usage may reduce the effectiveness of Enam 10 Tablet. Consult your doctor for an alternative to ibuprofen.
How long does it take for Enam 10 Tablet to start working?

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Enam 10 Tablet.
Breastfeed
Enam 10 Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Use of Enam 10 Tablet immediately after childbirth should be avoided.
Pregnancy
Enam 10 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
