Efil 10mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Efil 10mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Efil 10mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Efil 10mg Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Does Efil 10mg Tablet cause any fertility issues?
Efil 10mg Tablet has no known effect on fertility. It works by relaxing muscles within the penis, primarily affecting blood flow.
Can I drink alcohol while taking Efil 10mg Tablet?
While moderate amounts of alcohol may not cause discomfort, excessive consumption (5 units or more) can lead to headache, dizziness, increased heart rate, and lowered blood pressure.
Does Efil 10mg Tablet delay ejaculation?
Efil 10mg Tablet does not have any effect on ejaculation. It is prescribed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
When should I stop taking Efil 10mg Tablet?
Consult your doctor immediately if you experience sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, sudden hearing loss or hearing difficulties, ringing in ears and dizziness. Additionally, discontinue use if you experience prolonged erections (greater than 4 hours) or painful erections (greater than 6 hours).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Efil 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- Do not use Efil 10mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- Do not use Efil 10mg Tablet if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Efil 10mg Tablet.
