To use Earlina Liquid, lay the patient on their side with the affected ear up. Instil 5-10 drops of the medication into the ear canal. Insert a cotton plug into the meatus and allow it to remain for 15-30 minutes. Clean the ear canal with a cotton swab and flush with lukewarm water. Repeat the process once a week for one week, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
