It's important to have regular monitoring of your magnesium level and inform your doctor if you experience seizures, dizziness, an abnormal or fast heartbeat, jitters, jerky movements or shaking (tremors), muscle weakness, spasms in the hands and feet, cramps, muscle aches, or spasm of the voice box.
