DFO Red Gel is a topical gel containing Capsaicin, Diclofenac, Methyl salicylate, Linseed oil, and Menthol as its active ingredients. It acts as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory, providing fast pain relief. The gel is used to treat various conditions such as backaches, muscular sprains, joint pains, knee pain, injuries, general body ache, and arthritis pain.
Diclofenac, an NSAID, decreases the hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body. Menthol and Methyl salicylate, a counter-irritant, work by causing the skin to feel cool and then warm. Linseed oil decreases inflammation and attenuates pain, while Capsaicin lowers the chemicals that cause pain.
