Deflazcort 30 Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called steroids. It is used for the treatment of various diseases and conditions such as inflammatory conditions and autoimmune conditions. Deflazcort 30 Tablet is a corticosteroid. It increases the level of glucocorticoid in the body and works by decreasing the formation of substances that cause inflammation and suppresses immunity to stop self damage to the body by the immune system (auto-immune reactions occurring in organ transplants or cancer).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Deflazcort 30 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Deflazcort 30 Tablet with salad and vegetable diet.
- Do not use it more often or for longer than advised by your doctor.
- Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.
- Deflazcort 30 Tablet can make it harder for you to fight off infections. Notify your doctor if you have any signs of infection such as a fever or sore throat.

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Deflazcort 30 Tablet.
Breastfeed
