D-Fibroheal Microgras Silk and Silver Based Sterile Surgical Dressing is a sterile, soft, conformable, bi-layered silver-impregnated polyurethane foam dressing for moderate to heavily exudating, hard-to-heal or any type of stalled or cavity wounds. D-Fibroheal Microgras Silk and Silver Based Sterile Surgical Dressing is a sterile, soft, conformable, bi-layered silver-impregnated polyurethane foam dressing designed to offer comfort, manage infection and wound, while maintaining optimal moisture balance at the wound site and protect the wound from secondary infections. It is specifically designed for a wide range of superficial exuding wounds which are at risk of infection or already infected.
The dressing provides a barrier between the wound and secondary dressing, allowing exudate to drain freely, while maintaining optimal moisture balance at the wound site. The silver-impregnated polyurethane foam dressing provides quick and sustained antimicrobial activity.
