Cyclotag 100mg Capsule is used to prevent the body from rejecting a new organ after a liver, kidney, heart transplant, or bone marrow transplantation. It weakens the immune system so that your body does not attack the new organ. The amount of Cyclotag 100mg Capsule you take depends on your weight, medical condition, and what you are being treated for. Your doctor will plan the correct dose for you. Do not change the dose without talking to your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. It is better to take it in the same way and at the same time every day to get the maximum benefit. Keep taking it for as long as you have been told to, even if you feel well. Stopping treatment may increase the risk of your transplanted organ being rejected.
Cyclotag 100mg Capsule is an immunosuppressant. It works by suppressing your body's immune response to help accept a newly transplanted organ (e.g. liver, kidney, or heart). It is also used to treat psoriasis (a skin disease in which red, scaly patches form on some areas of the body), and atopic dermatitis (skin allergies).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Cyclotag 100mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- It may take 3 to 4 months for the medication to work. Keep taking it as prescribed.
- Your doctor may get regular blood tests done to check the levels of blood cells in your blood. Inform your doctor if you experience unexplained bruising or bleeding, sore throat, mouth ulcers, fever or general illness.
