Costus-LS Syrup is a combination of Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It's used to treat cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic; it thins and loosens phlegm (mucus), making it easier to cough up. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator; it relaxes airway muscles and widens the airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant; it decreases the stickiness of mucus, helping to remove it easily from the airways.
