Cortent N Cream is used to treat various types of skin infections. It minimizes symptoms of inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching. Cortent N Cream is a combination of two medicines: Clobetasol and Neomycin, which treat bacterial skin infections. Clobetasol is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Neomycin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
How to use Cortent N Cream?
Cortent N Cream should be used as advised by the doctor or as per the instructions on the label of the medicine. Apply a thin layer of Cortent N Cream as suggested to cover the affected areas. The dose would depend on the condition for which it is prescribed. Wash your hands after using Cortent N Cream, unless it is used for treating an infection of the hands. Avoid any contact with the eyes.
What are the precautions that need to be taken while using Cortent N Cream?
