Cialis 10mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Cialis 10mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Cialis 10mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Cialis 10mg Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Does Cialis 10mg Tablet affect fertility?
Cialis 10mg Tablet does not impact fertility. It primarily functions by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and does not interfere with reproductive function.
Should I avoid alcohol while taking Cialis 10mg Tablet?
While small amounts may be tolerable, excessive consumption (5 units or more) can potentially lead to side effects such as headaches, dizziness, increased heart rate, or low blood pressure.
Does Cialis 10mg Tablet delay ejaculation?
Cialis 10mg Tablet does not impact ejaculation. It is specifically prescribed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
What symptoms require discontinuation of Cialis 10mg Tablet?
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following: sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, sudden hearing loss or a ringing in your ears accompanied by dizziness. Additionally, consult your doctor immediately if you encounter prolonged erections (greater than 4 hours) or painful erections (greater than 6 hours).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cialis 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- Take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
- Do not take it more than once a day.
- Do not use Cialis 10mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
- Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.
- Do not use Cialis 10mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain) if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Cialis 10mg Tablet.
