Chiromet Tablet SR is a combination of five medicines: Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro Inositol, Metformin, L-Methyl Folate Calcium, and Methylcobalamin. These medicines work by enhancing the body's response to insulin and decreasing high levels of a harmful substance (homocysteine). This effect improves hormone balance and leads to more regular ovulation and menstrual cycles (periods) in PCOS.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Chiromet Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
