It is also given to prevent infection in animal and human bite wounds and may be given before surgical procedures as a preventive therapy.

Chifuro 125mg Tablet DT should be given to your child as directed by the doctor. It is essential to complete the entire course of antibiotics to prevent the bacteria from multiplying again or causing another infection.

Chifuro 125mg Tablet DT is an antibiotic that works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is essential for the survival of the bacteria. By doing so, this medicine stops the infection-causing bacteria from growing further and prevents the infection from spreading without making them resistant to further treatment.

Encourage your child to drink plenty of water in case diarrhea develops as a side effect. Your child must complete the entire course of antibiotics. Stopping too soon may cause the bacteria to multiply again or cause another infection. Conditions like common cold and flu are caused by viruses. This medicine is not to be taken in such cases. Only give Chifuro 125mg Tablet DT to your child for their current infection. Never save medicine for future illnesses.
