Candicute Lotion is for external use only. You should use it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. This medicine should be used regularly to get the most benefit from it. Do not use more than you need as that may cause increased side effects. If your condition goes on for longer than four weeks or gets worse at any time, let your doctor know. The effects of this medicine can be increased by keeping the affected area clean and dry and washing hands before and after treating the infection.

What precautions should I take when applying Candicute Lotion?
Always wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying Candicute Lotion. How long should I use Candicute Lotion and can I stop if symptoms completely disappear?
The duration of treatment depends on the type of infection. In general, the treatment is continued for 1 month for tinea infection and for at least 15 days for candida infection. However, if you develop a burning sensation, redness, and itching (which is severe in nature), stop the medicine and contact your doctor.
What other measures can I take to speed up recovery?
Keep the affected skin areas clean and dry but avoid excessive rubbing. You may have the urge to scratch because of itchiness, but avoid scratching as it will damage the surface of the skin and cause the infection to spread further. Do not share towels, bath mats, etc. with other people as you could spread the infection to them.
Does Candicute Lotion affect contraception?
