Avoid direct contact of the cream or ointment with your eyes. In case of direct contact, wash your eyes with water and seek immediate medical attention.

How it works

Calpsor Ointment is a synthetic form of vitamin D belonging to the class of medicines called ‘anti-psoriatics’. It lowers the rate with which skin cells grow, thereby controlling the psoriatic condition.

Direction of use

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and gently massage the ointment.

Tips

• Calpsor Ointment should be applied as per dose and duration suggested by the doctor.
• Before each application, wash the affected area with soap and water and dry well.
• Do not apply to broken, diseased, infected, inflamed or irritated skin, or to open wounds.
• Avoid getting it in the eyes, mouth or nose. Rinse with cold water if you accidentally get it in these areas.
• Consult your doctor if your skin condition has not improved after 2-4 weeks of treatment.
• Avoid direct contact with sunlight. Use a sunscreen or wear protective clothing while stepping out.
