Broxol LS Syrup contains a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It is used to treat coughs with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that thins and loosens the mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and widening them. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of the mucus and helps remove it easily from the airways.
