Brony LS Syrup is a combination medication that contains Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It's used to treat coughs with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to cough up. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles and widens airways. Guaifenesin acts as an expectorant by reducing the stickiness of mucus and aiding its removal from airways.
Brony LS Syrup is generally considered safe for most patients when used appropriately. However, it may cause common side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, allergic reactions, dizziness, headache, rash, urticaria, tremor, palpitations, muscle cramps, and increased heart rate in some individuals. It's important to consult your doctor if you experience any persistent problems while taking this medication.
Use of Brony LS Syrup is contraindicated in patients who have a history of allergies to any active or inactive ingredients. Levosalbutamol and beta-blockers like propranolol should not usually be taken together.
