Biosynex CryptoPS Test Kit is a rapid immunochromatographic test used to diagnose cryptococcal infections, particularly meningitis, by detecting and titrating Cryptococcus sp. capsular antigens. Biosynex CryptoPS Test Kit is a diagnostic tool used to detect and quantify Cryptococcus sp. antigens in serum, plasma, whole blood, and cerebrospinal fluid (CFS). It is a semi-quantitative test that provides an automated reading of the results and stores the result. The test is easy to use and provides quick results.
The test kit detects and titrates Cryptococcus sp. capsular antigens in serum, plasma, whole blood, and CFS.
Transfer 20 µL of sample into the well of the test cassette and add 3 drops of diluent. Read the result for 10 minutes, visually or using the Biosynex Reader.
