Bignac Gel is a topical pain reliever used to treat pain, swelling, and inflammation caused by arthritis, low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, sports injuries, sprains, and strains. Bignac Gel contains a unique combination of Diclofenac, Linseed oil, Methyl Salicylate, and Menthol. Diclofenac reduces inflammation, while Methyl Salicylate and Menthol penetrate deep into the affected area and act as mild analgesics. It is indicated for relief from pain, swelling, and inflammation due to various conditions.

Apply Bignac Gel to the site of local pain 3-4 times a day. Children should use it under adult supervision to avoid accidental ingestion or application to the eyes.
