Bandhan 0.03mg/0.15mg Tablet is used for contraception and treating irregular periods by preventing egg release and fertilization. Bandhan 0.03mg/0.15mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is important to take it at the same time each day for maximum benefit. It is prescribed for preventing pregnancy and treating irregular periods. Common side effects include nausea, headache, and breast pain. If you experience serious symptoms like swelling and pain in your limbs, shortness of breath, chest pain, or changes in vision, consult your doctor immediately as these could be signs of a blood clot. Inform your doctor if you smoke, are over 35, or have a history of heart attack or cancer of the uterus/cervix/vagina. Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Bandhan 0.03mg/0.15mg Tablet is a combined oral contraceptive pill. It works by preventing the release of the egg (ovulation) and affecting sperm movement in the womb to prevent its union with the egg. It also changes the lining of the womb, making it unsuitable for pregnancy.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
