It also blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation, swelling, and redness associated with certain joint diseases.

Autorin 50mg Tablet is an immunosuppressant, which means that it suppresses the immune system. Your immune system helps protect you from infections. However, sometimes your immune system becomes overactive and can cause illness. Authorin 50mg Tablet is used in combination with other medications to treat conditions caused by this abnormal activity of the immune system. It is prescribed for preventing organ rejection after transplantation (such as kidney, heart, or liver), treating chronic active hepatitis, severe rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and acquired hemolytic anemia. It can also be used to treat severe cases of specified skin diseases (pemphigus vulgaris, dermatomyositis, polyarteritis nodosa, pyoderma gangrenosa), especially when corticosteroids cannot be used.
