Atchol-F Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines used to lower cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, reducing the risk of heart disease. Atchol-F Tablet is a combination of two lipids (fat) lowering medicines. It is used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood when lifestyle changes (eg. low-fat diet) on their own have failed. This medicine helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Atchol-F Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Atchol-F Tablet is to be taken with food.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Atchol-F Tablet.
Breastfeed
Atchol-F Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Pregnancy
Atchol-F Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
