Introduction

Atalax suspension contains magnesium hydroxide and liquid paraffin as its main ingredients. Magnesium hydroxide is an osmotic type laxative that draws water into the intestine and promotes its movements. Liquid paraffin helps in lubrication and softening of the stool. Atalax suspension is intended to relieve short-term to occasional constipation by acting as a laxative and stool softener.

Shake the bottle well before use. Carefully measure the dose using a special measuring device/spoon. Make sure to drink a full glass of water (8 ounces or 240 milliliters) with the dose.
