Aspisol AV Capsule is a combination of two medicines used to prevent heart attack and stroke, lowering 'bad' cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides, and raising 'good' cholesterol (HDL) levels in the body. Aspisol AV Capsule is a combination of two medicines used to prevent heart attack and stroke. It lowers the 'bad' cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the 'good' cholesterol (HDL) levels in the body. Moreover, it also decreases the formation of blood clots.
Aspisol AV Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Atorvastatin and Aspirin which prevents heart attack and stroke.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Aspisol AV Capsule is to be taken with food.
- You have been prescribed Aspisol AV Capsule to lower your risk of heart attack and stroke.
- Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.
- Notify your doctor if you are more tired than usual, do not feel hungry, or if you have yellow eyes or skin.
- Notify your doctor if you experience muscle symptoms (pain or weakness), particularly if you have fever, a sick feeling, or dark urine.
- Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Aspisol AV Capsule.
Breastfeed
Aspisol AV Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Pregnancy
Aspisol AV Capsule is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
