Direction of use

Wash your hands with soap and water, dry them properly, place a lens on your index finger, pull down your lower lid with one hand and the upper lid with the other, look directly at the lens and place it on the cornea, release the lower lid first and then the upper lid. To remove, wash your hands, look up and pull down the lower lid, place your index finger on the lens and slide it down, squeeze the lens lightly between your fingers and remove it gently.
