Direction of use

To wear: Wash your hands with soap and water and dry them properly. Place a lens on your index finger. Pull down your lower lid with the same hand and the upper lid with the other. Look directly at the lens and place it on the cornea; release the lower lid first and then the upper lid. To remove: Wash your hands with soap and water and dry them properly. Look up and pull and lower the lid down. Place your index finger on the lens and slide it down. Squeeze the lens lightly between your fingers and remove it gently.
