Apilizer 1.4gm Syrup is a medicine used to treat gout and kidney stones by stopping the production of uric acid in the body and reducing episodes of gout attacks and preventing kidney stones. Apilizer 1.4gm Syrup can be taken with or without food to prevent stomach upset. It should be taken regularly and not stopped until the doctor advises to stop. Common side effects include stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, frequent urge to urinate, and tiredness. Inform the doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Before taking this medicine, inform the doctor about all other medicines being taken, and if there are any problems with the heart, kidneys, or liver. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine.
Apilizer 1.4gm Syrup is a urine alkalizer. It works by increasing the pH of urine, making it less acidic, which helps the kidneys get rid of excess uric acid, thereby preventing gout and certain types of kidney stones.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Apilizer 1.4gm Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
