Aobra Eye Drop is effective against a wide range of bacteria. However, Aobra Eye Drop must be used only against susceptible bacteria. A complete list of bacteria that can be killed by Aobra Eye Drop includes Staphylococcus aureus and S. epidermidis, some species of Streptococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Proteus mirabilis, Morganella morganii, most Proteus vulgaris strains, Haemophilus influenza, and H. aegyptius, Moraxella lacunata, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, and some Neisseria species. Your doctor will evaluate if this medicine is suitable for your condition.
The duration of treatment for Aobra Eye Drop will be determined by your doctor based on the severity of the infection. For mild to moderate eye infections, you may be advised to use 1-2 drops four times a day. However, in severe infections, you might need to use 2 drops every hour. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage or use it more often than advised by your doctor. It is essential to follow your doctor's instructions precisely.
Always wash your hands before using Aobra Eye Drop. Avoid touching the dropper tip against your eye or any other surface. Tilt your head slightly and instill one drop. Close your eyes for 2 or 3 minutes with your head tilted down, avoiding blinking or squinting. Press gently on the inside corner of your eye with your finger for about 1 minute to prevent fluid from draining into your tear duct. If you use more than one drop, wait at least 5 minutes before applying another one. Wait at least 10 minutes before using any other eye drops prescribed by your doctor.
