Anosum Cream is a medicine used to treat anal fissure (tear in the lining of the anus) by killing infection-causing bacteria and promoting healing. Anosum Cream is a medicine used in the treatment of anal fissure (tear in the lining of the anus). It kills the infection-causing bacteria and promotes the healing of fissures. It also blocks the transmission of pain signals to the brain which decreases pain sensation.
Anosum Cream is a combination of three medicines: Lidocaine, Metronidazole and sucralfate. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that blocks pain signals from the nerves to the brain, Metronidazole is an antibiotic that kills harmful bacteria, and sucralfate is a protective agent that forms a protective layer on the skin and prevents irritation.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
