Ambroxol acts as a mucolytic, thinning and loosening the mucus for easier expectoration. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator, relaxing airway muscles and widening the airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant, decreasing mucus stickiness for easier removal from the airways.
