Agpar 125mg/5ml Suspension is a widely prescribed medicine that helps to ease pain and bring down high body temperature (fever). In children, it treats conditions like headache, toothache, body ache, fever, and common cold.
Give Agpar 125mg/5ml Suspension to your child with food or milk to prevent an upset stomach. Your child should not take more than four doses of this medicine in 24 hours, so wait up to 6 hours between doses. Never give any other medicine formulation containing paracetamol along with this medicine as that may lead to serious side effects. Inform the doctor if your child has liver disease as the dose may need to be adjusted. If Agpar 125mg/5ml Suspension does not seem to be helping your child, contact your doctor for advice. Do not give extra doses.

This medicine can be used if your child has a temperature of 38.3°C (101°F) or higher. Always consult your child's doctor first.
If the fever doesn't come down after initial doses, there might be an underlying infection (viral or bacterial). Consult your child's doctor for appropriate treatment.
It’s recommended to take no more than four doses of Agpar 125mg/5ml Suspension within a 24-hour period. The interval between doses should be at least 4-6 hours. Never exceed the prescribed dosage or use it for longer than three days without consulting your doctor. Taking overdoses can potentially cause severe liver and kidney damage. Seek immediate medical attention if you suspect an overdose, even if your child seems to be doing well, as delayed liver toxicity is a concern.

This medicine usually doesn't interfere with the ingredients in vaccines or cause any adverse reactions. However, it’s advisable to wait until your child fully recovers from the ongoing illness and finishes the medication course before giving them a vaccine.
