ACF Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. It is used to relieve pain and inflammation in various conditions. It should be taken with or without food, and the dose and time between doses may be changed according to the patient's pain level and needs. Some common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, and diarrhea.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. ACF Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you Avoid consuming alcohol when taking ACF Plus Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers before taking this medicine Your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief along with taking ACF Plus Tablet
