Acent PT 100mg/325mg/37.5mg Tablet is a pain-relieving medicine used to reduce pain and inflammation in various conditions. Acent PT 100mg/325mg/37.5mg Tablet is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve fever, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Some common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, loss of appetite, flatulence, and headache. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist. Inform your doctor if you have any heart, kidney, liver problems, or stomach ulcers. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors before using this medicine.
Acent PT 100mg/325mg/37.5mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tramadol. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, they block the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (very strong pain reliever) that works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Acent PT 100mg/325mg/37.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
