Ace Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. It is used to relieve pain and inflammation in various conditions. It should be taken with or without food, and the dose and time between doses may be changed according to the patient's pain level and needs. Some common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, and diarrhea. If any of these side effects bother the patient or do not go away with time, the doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent them by prescribing an alternative medicine or adjusting the dose.
