The 3M Soft Cloth Dressing with Pad 8666A is an all-in-one sterile dressing designed to promote wound healing and protect the wound from further harm. It features a breathable soft cloth backing with a central absorbent pad, making it an excellent choice for post-surgical applications.

To use, clean and dry the wound and the skin surrounding it. Hold the bandage on either side of the dressing pad, lay the pad directly on to the wound, and wind the short end once around the limb and the pad. Wind the other end around the limb to cover the whole pad, tie the ends together over the pad to secure it, and put slight pressure on the wound.

The dressing works by providing a sterile and breathable environment for the wound to heal, while the central absorbent pad absorbs wound drainage and protects peri-wound skin.
